Philip Hackethal is an Associate at NEUWERK. He advises clients on all areas of individual and collective labour law.
A particular focus of his practice is advising and representing clients in connection with the separation of executives and members of executive bodies, as well as drafting employment contracts and service agreements for members of executive bodies. In addition, he regularly assists companies with restructurings and advises on matters relating to occupational pension schemes and compensation issues.
Philip Hackethal studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Sydney, Australia. In his dissertation, he examined claims of managing directors of a German private limited company (GmbH) to maternity protection and parental leave, as well as their practical implementation within the service relationship.
