Malin Fischer is an Associate in NEUWERK’s IP/IT team.
She advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property, IT and data protection law, as well as on M&A transactions. Her practice focuses in particular on the licensing, transfer and commercialization of intellectual property rights.
Malin studied law at the University of Münster, specializing in information, telecommunication and media law. As part of her legal clerkship she worked at NEUWERK and the Federal Press Office. She wrote her doctoral thesis between her studies and her legal clerkship.
