Malin Hüttmann is an Associate at NEUWERK in the Corporate/M&A department.

Her advisory work includes M&A transactions, carve-outs, joint ventures and financing rounds. In addition, she supports clients in all matters of partnership and corporate law.

As a scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation Malin Hüttmann studied law at the University of Hamburg with a focus on Law and Economics and at Lund University in Sweden. Subsequently, with scholarships from the German Academic Exchange Service and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, she completed the LL.M. programme "Corporate and Commercial Law" at the London School of Economics (LSE).

Malin Hüttmann completed her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, during which she worked at a law firm specialising in insolvency and restructuring law and a media law firm with a focus on advising women and LGBTQIA* people.
