Fabian Kritzler is an associate in NEUWERK’s dispute resolution practice group.
He advises on complex commercial disputes and represents clients out of court as well as before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Fabian Kritzler completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court. During this time, he worked in the litigation practice groups of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP as well as at the 5th Civil Senate of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court.
Fabian Kritzler studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Oxford in England with the support of the German National Academic Foundation. During his studies, he focused on international procedural and private law and worked for several years as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law. He successfully participated in several moot courts in Germany and abroad.
