Felix is a senior associate in the real estate team at NEUWERK.
He advises clients in all areas of real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions, project developments and investment law.
Felix has gained extensive experience in advising investors on the acquisition of (logistics) project developments (forward funding / forward purchase).
CV
Felix completed his legal clerkship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg (Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht). During his legal clerkship he worked for, inter alia, one of the Regional Court of Hamburg’s civil chambers for tenancy law, the City of Hamburg’s Senate Chancellery in the Department of European Policy as well as a law firm specializing in migration law in Athens, Greece. Additionally, he worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Real Estate team in Hamburg.
Felix studied law at the University of Hamburg with a focus on European and public international law. Felix spent parts of his study time at the University of Bordeaux, France.

Advising Universal-Investment on the partial acquisition of the office tower "T1", which is part of the large-scale project development "FOUR" in Frankfurt a.M. for a fund of the Bayerische Versorgungskammer in joint venture with several companies of the Allianz Group
Advising Universal-Investment on the acquisition of the project development “Eiswerk”, an ensemble of buildings in Berlin-Mitte with approx. 15,000 m² office space and 3,500 m² residential space for a fund of Bayerische Versorgungskammer by way of a share deal
Advising Garbe Group, IntReal and 2iP on the acquisition of a portfolio of three logistics properties (project development) in Niedersachsenpark with a total leasable area of approx. 87,000 m² for two German special funds
Advising Garbe Group and IntReal on the acquisition of an automotive logistics center in Lower Saxony (project development) for a German special fund by way of a forward purchase asset deal
Advising Bonitas Group on the sale of a nursing home portfolio consisting of 9 nursing homes and an administration campus by way of a sale-and-lease-back transaction
Advising Captiva on the acquisition of several medical centers, inter alia in Hamburg and Frankfurt a.M. for a fund managed by IntReal as service KVG
