Maja Brinkschmidt is an associate in NEUWERK's IP/IT team and part of the life sciences focus group.

She advises clients in the areas of intellectual property, technology, and data protection law as well as M&A. Her advisory focus is on the licensing and commercialization of IP rights. Maja Brinkschmidt has comprehensive experience in advising companies in the life sciences, biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Maja Brinkschmidt studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and the University of Hamburg with a focus on ‘Information and Communication’.
