Pauline Blankenburg is an associate at NEUWERK advising clients in all matters of individual and collective employment law.
Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating employment contracts, advising on termination and separation matters, and representing clients in employment-related disputes.
Pauline Blankenburg studied law, specialising in labour and social law, at Georg-August University of Göttingen. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, with placements at Lufthansa Technik AG in the People Recognition & Reward / Labour Relations department and at NEUWERK.
Between her studies and her legal clerkship, Pauline Blankenburg also gained practical experience as a research assistant in the Employment Law practice group at DLA Piper LLP in Hamburg.
