Jannis Helms is an associate at NEUWERK in the area of real estate law.

He advises in all areas of real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions, project developments and investment law.

Jannis studied law with a focus on insolvency law. After graduating, he gained practical experience as a research assistant in an international commercial law firm. As part of his legal training, he worked at NEUWERK, the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court and the Federal Foreign Office, among others.
