Rebecca Hinz is an associate in NEUWERK’s dispute resolution practice group.

She advises clients on complex corporate and commercial disputes and represents them both before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

Rebecca completed her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg. During her clerkship, she gained practical experience at CMS Hasche Sigle and at the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany.

Rebecca studied law at the University of Hamburg. She successfully participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
