NEUWERK advises shareholders of VIGNOLD Group on their merger with the factory

We are pleased to announce that we have advised the shareholders of VIGNOLD Group on their merger with the factory, the largest digital creative production company in Switzerland.

This partnership gives rise to: 'the factory group' – the leading independent platform for creative marketing asset production in the DACH region and the largest production house of its kind in Europe.

A big thank you for the excellent collaboration goes to Patrick Metzler and Joerg Poplawsky – and to the team at Carlsquare, led by Michael Moritz, Jens-Christian Fritz, and Niklas Hopf, who acted as M&A advisors on the transaction, as well as AUDAX for tax advice.
