NEUWERK Advises Family Trust on Platform Investment in Walter Group and the Launch of TerraBrix

NEUWERK has advised Family Trust on its strategic partnership with Walter Gruppe, a leading provider of commercial flooring installation services with a particular focus on complex large-scale projects, as well as on the related financing arrangements.

Family Trust and Walter Gruppe have joined forces to establish TerraBrix, a new nationwide platform for commercial flooring installation services in Germany. Under the TerraBrix brand, the partners aim to build a leading market platform through both organic growth and targeted acquisitions.

Walter Group has established a strong market position in the greater Berlin area and employs more than 120 professionals. The company delivers high-quality tile and parquet flooring solutions for renowned clients in both residential and commercial construction projects. Founder Mario Walter will continue to play a key role in the future development of the business as CEO and shareholder.

NEUWERK provided comprehensive legal advice to Family Trust in connection with the partnership with Walter Gruppe and the structuring and implementation of the accompanying financing.
