A historic part of Hamburg gets a new future
The NEUWERK Real Estate and Corporate team advised a consortium of Quantum Immobilien AG and HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG on the acquisition of the Holsten site from the Adler Group.
On the long-vacant grounds of the former Holsten Brewery, a new district will be developed over the coming years, primarily focused on residential use: publicly subsidized housing, apartments for students and trainees, as well as privately financed housing. Complementary neighborhood uses will turn the Holsten site into a vibrant new part of Hamburg.
