NEUWERK advises Family Trust on acquisition of AIS Aßmann Industrie Steckverbinder GmbH and ISK GmbH Industriesteckverbinder Zubehör & Kabelkonstruktion

We are pleased to have advised Family Trust on the acquisition of AIS Aßmann Industrie Steckverbinder GmbH and ISK GmbH Industriesteckverbinder Zubehör & Kabelkonstruktion – to form the new AISCON-Group.

The companies are already established as leading specialist manufacturers and distributors of industrial connectors across industries such as rail, mechanical engineering, automation, automotive and renewable energy. The transaction secures the succession of the founder and lays the foundation for further growth – particularly in the future markets of e-mobility and energy infrastructure.
