We are pleased to have advised Altamount Software-Group, a subsidiary of CHAPTERS Group AG, on its acquisition of Somentec Software-GmbH, a leading provider of billing software for the energy industry.

With this acquisition, Altamount Software Group strengthens its position in the critical infrastructure sector and expands strategic verticals into sustainable ecosystems.
