NEUWERK advises urban apes Group on the acquisition of Steinbock Group

Hamburg, January 31, 2025 – NEUWERK has advised the urban apes Group and its long-standing investor Family Trust on the successful acquisition of the companies of Steinbock Group.

With this merger, the largest operator of bouldering gyms in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and one of the leading players in Europe is created. The urban apes Group, known for its excellence in the operation, marketing, and design of bouldering gyms, is expanding its offerings to create an even more comprehensive experience for the climbing community.

NEUWERK advised on all key legal aspects of the transaction – from structuring and contract negotiations to closing.
