NEUWERK advises RCKT management team on sale to Dentsu

NEUWERK advises the management team of Berlin-based creative agency RCKT. around Karolin Hewelt, Nils Seger and Lisa Teicher on the sale of their shares in Dentsu. The Japanese holding company is expanding its global creative network Dentsu Creative. RCKT. started as a spin-off of Rocket Internet. At the beginning of the year, a management buy-out took place, which was also advised by NEUWERK.
