NEUWERK appoints partner from its own ranks: Dr. Willem Niemeyer becomes partner as of 1 January 2024

Willem has been part of our NEUWERK team in the practice area employment since 2017.

We are delighted that with Willem becoming partner we are able to appoint an associate from our own ranks. Willem was one the first associates we hired after founding NEUWERK and he has been a key element in building our highly successful employment team as well as NEUWERK as a whole.

NEUWERK's employment law team now consists of two partners and six associates. With a total of ten partners (including four female partners) and 20 associates, we are continuing our path of organic growth.

Willem advises in all areas of employment law. He supports clients in employment law issues both out of court and in court proceedings. Willem regularly represents German and international clients in complex disputes, in particular before labor courts and ordinary state courts. Further areas of expertise include employment law separations, restructurings and transactions.
