NEUWERK advises Tradedoubler on Zezam acquisition

NEUWERK advises the Swedish listed company Tradedoubler on the acquisition of Zezam (KAHA GmbH), a German creator commerce platform. With the acquisition, Tradedoubler expands its influencer business Metapic.

The NEUWERK team was led by Kirsten Seeger and Christin Müller (both Corporate Law/M&A) and was supported by Dr. Sebastian Naber, Dr. Willem Niemeyer (both Employment Law), Börge Seeger and Daniel Schuppmann (both IP/IT and Data Protection).
