NEUWERK advises Tishman Speyer on the purchase of the Klöpperhaus building in downtown Hamburg

NEUWERK is advising Tishman Speyer on the purchase of the Klöpperhaus building in central Hamburg (formerly part of the German department store chain Kaufhof). The seller is Württembergische Lebensversicherung. Tishman Speyer plans to reinvigorate the 398,000 square foot listed building with flexible office space, retail and cultural spaces and potentially also residential offerings.
