NEUWERK advises shareholder of cruh21 on sale to Drees & Sommer

NEUWERK advises the shareholder of cruh21 GmbH on the sale of his shares to Drees & Sommer SE, a consulting company focusing on construction and real estate projects. By acquiring cruh21, which specialises in the conceptual design and consulting of projects in the areas of green hydrogen, offshore hydrogen and sector coupling, the buyer strengthens its competence in the field of renewable energies. With this deal, NEUWERK once again demonstrates its own green energy expertise.
