NEUWERK advises Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Germany on the long-term lease of 86,000 square feet in the exclusive office building, The Yard

NEUWERK is advising Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Germany on the long-term lease of 86,000 square feet in the exclusive office building, The Yard, in the Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier district. The Yard will be leased to Shell for its new German headquarters. Shell will be the sole office tenant in the complex, which includes three courtyard gardens. The move to The Yard, a sustainable office building, is scheduled for 2024.
