Interns
We want to offer our interns a diverse insight into our law firm. That's why our internship program "Inside NEUWERK" allows you to get to know all six departments during your internship. Throughout your time with us, you will be personally mentored by a lawyer who is always available to you and who will take care of you.
Students
As a student employee, you will be supervised personally in-house by a mentor and externally by a coach. This will enable you to gain work experience that will also help you in your studies.
Trainee lawyers (legal clerkship / Referendariat)
Providing good traineeships is particularly important to us. The educational aspect is a priority at all times. You will benefit from free access to the legal training app JuraFuchs as well as personal coaching to strengthen your legal presentation skills. In workshops organized as part of NEUWERK’s own continuing professional development program (WERKSTATT), you will acquire knowledge of topics that are relevant to you and gain a deeper insight into the work of our departments.
Attorneys
Our attorneys participate in our structured continuous training and career development program. In-house training courses, Bucerius Executive Education modules that lead to a certificate, individual coaching, weekly English classes and – most importantly of all – time and commitment in on-the-job training ensure that you will soon develop the skills needed to work independently as a lawyer.
Professional staff
It is important to us that our professional staff has good expert knowledge. To ensure this, they regularly attend training courses on new developments or innovations, thus constantly expanding and deepening their knowledge. We use both external providers and in-house expertise for this training and always take into consideration individual needs.
