Thomas Repka has been an Associate at NEUWERK in the areas of Intellectual Property / IT and Data Protection Law since September 2021.
He performed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle in the district of Lüneburg with stations at Hogan Lovells in Hamburg in the practice group "Intellectual Property", at the State Cartel Office in Hamburg as well as at a law firm for sports law in Hamburg with a focus on trademark and competition law. In addition to his legal clerkship, Mr. Repka worked as a research assistant at an IP law boutique in Hamburg.
Thomas Repka studied law at the University of Hamburg. During his studies, he gained practical experience at a law firm specialized in copyright and trademark law.
Before joining NEUWERK, he worked several years for the law firm Rose & Partner in Hamburg, where he was responsible for building up the IT and data protection law department.
