Franziska Mauritz has been a Paralegalat NEUWERK in the area of litigation since January 2023 and is also doing her doctorate on platform liability. 

From 2020 to 2022, Franziska Mauritz completed her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court. She completed her clerkship in the litigation practice group of Hogan Lovells LLP in Hamburg. 

Franziska Mauritz studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Cape Town in Cape Town. She majored in private international law and procedural law and worked as a student assistant throughout her studies and later as a research assistant at Professor Dr. Faust's Chair of Private Law IV during her legal clerkship.
