Real estate transactions follow a common scheme: After an initial stage which goes to LOI/Heads of Terms, the purchaser has the opportunity to conduct a due diligence. On this basis, the sale and purchase agreements are negotiated, certified and closed. In parallel, the purchaser agrees new financing, so that the financing of the seller is replaced with the payment of the purchase price.
