Dr. Julia Lüdicke
Julia Lüdicke has been an associate at NEUWERK in the area of litigation since September 2022.
She completed her legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court (Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht) with stations at Ernst & Young, the 8th Civil Senate of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court (Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht), the Hamburg Chamber of Tax Advisors (Steuerberaterkammer Hamburg) as well as a law firm for real estate and business-related consulting, among others.
After her legal clerkship, she wrote her dissertation, which was sponsored by the German National Academic Foundation, on the topic of "German Horse Sales Law after the Implementation of the European Directive on the Sale of Goods", with which she received her doctorate in 2022.
Julia Lüdicke studied law at the University of Hamburg, specializing in private international law and civil procedure. She wrote her seminar paper as well as her main thesis on international procedural law topics. During her studies, she also gained practical experience in an internationally active commercial law firm.
