Qualifications and education

Colin Blumauer has been an associate at NEUWERK in the area of employment law since December 2021 and, also, is completing his doctoral thesis on an employment law topic.

He completed his legal clerkship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, including stations at NEUWERK, in the employment law practice group of the corporate law firm Gleiss Lutz, at the Hamburg Labour Court and in the Human Resources department of Norddeutscher Rundfunk.

Colin Blumauer graduated from the University of Hamburg with a degree in law, specializing in „Employment Law with Relevance to Corporate Law“. During his studies, he successfully participated in both, the English-language Vis Moot Court and the Moot Court of the German Federal Labour Court.
